My path to psychology began with personal experience. I have been through addiction, depression, anxiety, and I know what it feels like from the inside. My own therapy was an important milestone for me—it not only helped me heal, but also made me realize that psychology is for me.
I work deeply, with respect for each story. It is important to me not just to "help", but to create a space where a person is seen and accepted.
Clients say that with me you can be yourself, not be afraid of emotions or even silence. I don't play the role of "an expert over you" - I am there, attentive, humane and professional.

Yes, all consultations are completely confidential. I adhere to professional standards and ethics, which guarantees the preservation of your privacy.
• How can I understand if this approach is right for me?
After a few consultations, you will be able to feel if there is progress. If you do not feel any change or do not feel comfortable, we can always adapt the methods or find a different approach.
• Can I work with you online?
